At Anima Mundi Herbals, we want you to feel as beautiful in our botanical-inspired apparel as you do in your own skin. If your selection doesn't align with your vision, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
